Our infant students enjoyed a wonderful celebration in honor of San Isidro. They came to school dressed as chulapos and chulapas, filling the classrooms with color and tradition. Throughout the day, they created various crafts related to this festive occasion and learned about San Isidro and the typical customs of Madrid. They decorated the playground with shawls they made themselves, and there was no shortage of music and dancing—everyone happily and enthusiastically took part in the traditional chotis. To finish the day, they enjoyed a very special snack of rosquillas and orange juice, sharing a joyful moment together. It was a beautiful celebration where we learned, had fun, and shared a tradition dearly cherished by all.
Nuestros alumnos de Infantil han disfrutado de una preciosa celebración con motivo de San Isidro. Vinieron al colegio vestidos de chulapos y chulapas, llenando las aulas de color y tradición. A lo largo del día, realizaron diferentes manualidades relacionadas con esta festividad y aprendieron sobre San Isidro y las costumbres típicas de Madrid. Decoraron el patio con mantones creados por ellos mismos, y no faltó la música ni el baile: todos participaron en el tradicional chotis, felices y entusiasmados. Para terminar, disfrutaron de una merienda muy especial con rosquillas y zumo de naranja, compartiendo un momento de convivencia y alegría. Ha sido una celebración muy bonita en la que hemos aprendido, disfrutado y compartido una tradición muy querida por todos.
