Today has been a very special day in the Infasnt as we celebrated International Women’s Day with a day full of reflection, learning, and creativity. Throughout the day, we discussed with the children whether colors, professions, games, and costumes have a gender or not, promoting respect and equality from an early age. Additionally, we worked on the story Long Live Colorful Nails!, a beautiful tale that helped us reinforce the idea that everyone can express themselves freely, regardless of stereotypes. To wrap up this experience artistically, the little ones enjoyed decorating hand cutouts with vibrant colors, letting their imagination run wild. With them, we created a large, diverse mural, while the other decorated hand was taken home as a keepsake. It has been a wonderful day, where we have learned and celebrated together the importance of equality and the freedom to be oneself.
Hoy ha sido un día muy especial en Infantil, hemos celebrado el Día Internacional de la Mujer con una jornada llena de reflexión, aprendizaje y creatividad. A lo largo del día, hemos reflexionado con los niños y niñas sobre si los colores, las profesiones, los juegos, los disfraces… tienen o no género, fomentando el respeto y la igualdad desde pequeños. Además, hemos trabajado el cuento ¡Vivan las uñas de colores!, una historia preciosa que nos ha ayudado a reforzar la idea de que cada uno puede expresarse libremente sin importar estereotipos. Para cerrar esta experiencia de manera artística, los pequeños han disfrutado decorando manos en cartulinas, dando rienda suelta a su imaginación con colores vibrantes. Con ellas, hemos creado un gran mural lleno de diversidad mientras que la otra mano con uñas decoradas se la han llevado a casa como recuerdo. Ha sido un día precioso, hemos aprendido y celebrado juntos la importancia de la igualdad y la libertad de ser uno mismo.
